Refund Policy For Resume Writing Services

If you’re unsatisfied with your order, please contact our customer service representative and we will assist you with a better solution. We do not offer cancellations or refunds unless otherwise agreed at our sole discretion. Refunds or reassignment will not be granted after 30 days following the order completion date. Immediately after an order is placed, a professional writer is assigned to the account. The writer will then connect with you over a call, analyze the content and information provided and begin drafting the customized documents. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for requests made 2 or more hours after an order is placed. However, customers requesting a refund within 2 hours of placing an order will receive a full refund.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellation of the resume writing service order will be accepted until 2 hours from the time of placing order. This timeline is due to process initiation at the backend.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Within 5-8 business days after placing an order, your documents will be ready for your review. If you have questions or suggested revisions, we will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product. Any product ordered is guaranteed to be of high quality and delivered on time. No reimbursements will be made if the edited order is copy-pasted. Prior to the completion of the order, the customer can cancel it at any time. A customer may request a refund, in part or in full, by writing to us on, if an order is not delivered by the deadline. Refund approvals are at the discretion of the company on a case by case basis. If a customer requests a refund due to poor quality, sound reasoning must be provided with examples. Once that is done satisfactorily, the refund request is sent to the Quality Assurance Department for review and approval. Ingenious Talent has the right to request additional materials during the investigation and can deny a request if those demands are not met.
